This can lead to anger and frustration which can be detrimental in a social or work situation. Here are some ways to help build patience. First, one way to help yourself is to find out what you do if you're impatient? Do you clench your fists? Do you stomp? Knowing these responses can help you know if you're acting out of line. From here, you can act more patient by assessing the situation more. Another is a mental distraction. A busy traffic jam when you're trying to go home and watch Riverdale . Try making count of every make and model of the cars beside you. Hope you learned some stuff!

I’m an ENFP, which according to 16 personalities. This means I’m more social, yet I enjoy making close connections rather than being the life of the party. I crave freedom and creativity rather than stability and security. I would say this is VERY accurate, as I enjoy social interactions especially with close friends. I also don't enjoy guidelines that restrict me from being creative. Although, I don't always have the effort to follow through my creativity. None of the BBC tests worked (sad lyfe). However, I was able to take a sorting house test! I have always believed I was a Ravenclaw, according to Pottermore. When I took the test, I was Ravenclaw again.
