This can lead to anger and frustration which can be detrimental in a social or work situation. Here are some ways to help build patience. First, one way to help yourself is to find out what you do if you're impatient? Do you clench your fists? Do you stomp? Knowing these responses can help you know if you're acting out of line. I’m an ENFP, which according to 16 personalities. This means I’m more social, yet I enjoy making close connections rather than being the life of the party. I crave freedom and creativity rather than stability and security. I would say this is VERY accurate, as I enjoy social interactions especially with close friends.
