Personality

I’m an ENFP, which according to 16 personalities. This means I’m more social, yet I enjoy making close connections rather than being the life of the party. I crave freedom and creativity rather than stability and security. I would say this is VERY accurate, as I enjoy social interactions especially with close friends. I also don't enjoy guidelines that restrict me from being creative. Although, I don't always have the effort to follow through my creativity.

None of the BBC tests worked (sad lyfe). However, I was able to take a sorting house test! I have always believed I was a Ravenclaw, according to Pottermore. When I took the test, I was Ravenclaw again. I once again totally agree with this house. Here, "those of wit and learning, will always find their kind" (Rowling The Sorcerer's Stone).

Next, I took the IAT exam, which checks if I am sexist or not. The quiz kept asking me questions about categories and put names or words related to careers. Turns out I had moderate labeling of men to careers more than women. Family was lightly labeled to female. This test shocked me, because I never believed myself to see these viewpoints. The hardest working person I know is my mom, as every time I see her, whether it be in work clothes or her pajamas, she's on her computer working on some broken servers (she works as an IT Manager). I guess I fell victim to stereotyping here. However, on the racism test, I didn't do too bad.

I then took the Faces exam, which sees if I identify emotion or gender first. Turns out I identify emotion more by a solid 139ms (I'm not really sure if this is high or not). I believe this is true. To be honest, if someone is running away crying, I feel like I would care more about the person's feelings rather than the gender of the person.

Since I did Hogwarts, I thought I would direct you to the OFFICIAL housing test approved by J.K. Rowling herself. https://www.pottermore.com/writing-by-jk-rowling/the-sorting-hat
